For the past seven years, I’ve been helping companies streamline their operation, increase brand awareness, and boost their workforce proficiency.

More About Me
As an American living in Sweden for the last 4 years, I get asked this question on a weekly basis… Why Sweden? Quite simply, it was an exchange program my University offered and was chosen by process of elimination (sorry to disappoint you).
But why I stayed is more important – the work-life balance, easy access to other European cultures, beautiful Scandinavian design and culture mesmerise me. I’ll probably be working on learning Swedish for years to come, but you’re welcome to speak some easy Swedish with me!
More interesting facts about me: after moving abroad I traveled to 10 countries in less than 2 years, my favorite book is How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie, and as a learnaholic, I enjoy podcasts, online courses, and audiobooks on a weekly basis. I'm also a strong believer in the Law of Attraction and consider myself at an intermediate level in terms of quantum physics application! (Curious? Send me a message and I'm happy to chat).
Those who know me say I'm a people person and great networker. I enjoy helping others and teaching self-development. I'm an advocate for foreign talent and my goal is to one day in the very near future launch a course to help foreign professionals living in Sweden to find work more easily by adapting to Swedish culture.
